The DMAI will work as part of the Janssen Supply Chain Digital Strategy Team. Focused on improving the $35 Billion Janssen business for the Janssen Supply Chain. The DMAI needs to be a hands-on leader that will work with business leaders, data engineers, modelers, and data scientists that will build the digital visualization and analytics capability. The DMAI must be fluent in the language of the business and technology.
The Digital Manager, Analytics & Insights (DMAI) will:
Engage with business experts, analyze the end-to-end value chain, identify business improvement opportunities, break-down into manageable components that can be solved by employing digital capabilities including visualization and analytics. Identify insights and work with stakeholders to achieve business improvements.
Develop new business models, operational processes leveraging digital capabilities (including digital products and services).
Engage with technical team to translate business requirements into technical needs including: the identification and review of relevant data sets, tools and advanced analytics that can be deployed to solve business issues.
Deliver digital capabilities (including analytics, modeling and simulation) to accelerate key supply chain capabilities such as supply chain performance and process improvements; value chain segmentation and product lifecycle management.
Act as project manager for the Digital Strategy, coordinating efforts and insuring integration of key projects to drive business results.
Identify the advanced digital business skills required and for JSC to make significant improvements in its insights and be the change agent for improving the overall digital quotient of the organization.
Provide leadership in identifying digital innovation opportunities.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, math, finance, economics, and/or engineering is required.
A minimum of 8 years of overall business experience is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience managing supply chain operations Plan, Source, Make, Delivery Quality and/or supply chain performance improvement is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years work experience on business problem solving and using analytics to drive results required.
Experience working with enterprise data environments and identified business needs, accessed data, created insights, and drove measurable business results is required.
Advanced analytics capability and experience using simulation, modeling tools, software packages such as Spotfire and SAS is required.
Analytical problem-solving ability across the business end-to-end value chain, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and cross-functional teams.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences.
Strategic thinking, the ability to create, cultivates and implements change.
This position is based in Raritan, NJ, and may require up to 20% international and domestic travel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
