Job Description:
Summary
This position plans and manages implementation activities worldwide for new product launches, product changes and corrections, and product discontinuances.
Summary Responsibility for implementation plan for new product launches.
Alignment and partnership with cross-functional team members on all activities required for implementation of new or updated products.
Responsibility to participate in new product development teams to discuss areas of interest to implementation (logistics, distribution, transportation, product codes, GTINs, demand planning, pricing, training programs, inventory availability, hotline and FE training, and other items related to launch readiness). Implementation manager works as a gatherer of information from other teams.
Work with master data team to confirm that all information related to new product code set up is available from cross-functional team and also to obtain GTIN codes as needed.
Support for quality events (including recalls) to obtain alignment and manage scheduling of required activities are needed.
Required Technical Competencies Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities across the organization to introduce change or handle quality events
Ability to conceptualize and ensure alignment of business processes and technical systems
Expert in MS Office Suite (including MS Project) preferred
Expert in change control concepts and execution
Decision Making/Problem Solving Ability to identify and understand complex problems and recommend common, effective, compliant solutions within a global organization
Ability to work with ambiguous situations, follow through issue management to resolution and know how and when to escalate issues for transparency and resolution in concert with management
Independence/Autonomy Ability to work independently within a matrix environment to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
Able to work across global environments successfully
Independent decision making, based on requirements and conveys them to management for escalation when required.

Knowledge, Education, Certifications, Desired Experience
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree or above preferred

years of operations/R&D experience required

years in a regulated environment desired
Black Belt (Six Sigma) desired
Communication Skills Excellent proven oral and written skills required
Required Travel Travel may be required up to 20% Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
