Johnson & Johnson Enterprise Procurement Supply Chain is recruiting for a Sr Manager Process Global Sourcing Risk Management. This position can be based in an existing franchise campus or manufacturing location in the United States, Puerto Rico, North America, or EMEA region.
Sr Manager Process Global Sourcing Risk Management is directly responsible for creating & implementing programs and systems for monitoring, assessing, building and managing the risk Center of Excellence (CoE). The COE strives to proactively anticipate, identify, monitor, and mitigate external risks related to suppliers and critical product supply of J&J. They will be responsible for defining and aligning to requirements for both existing and new business and identifying critical data sources that deliver information to the CoE. Also provide guidance and expertise in working with IT to investigate and implement short term and long term innovative systems solutions. They will drive strategy for key programs to build comprehensive solution to Supplier Risk Management that links the various functional risks supplier is exposed to i.e. Q&C, EH&S, HCC, Finance that may impact supply availability or J&J reputation. Work in close collaboration with the existing risk management team to avoid duplication of existing programs. This individual should be a thought leader and key contributor/influencer in formulating and executing global sourcing risk management strategies with a strong understanding of J&J supplier landscape. Ensure that the objectives are aligned with franchise/regional/sector/functional strategies. They will drive relationships with external partners who will track / monitor adverse events for J&J supplier landscape. Create alignment on suppliers to be included for adverse event monitoring as well as suppliers / Raw Materials to be modeled for sub-tier supplier understanding. Strategically understand the existing J&J systems and data availability and use this understanding to lead the development of automation of data importation from existing systems. The individual should understand the evolution ERP systems and translate the impact to the CoE systems solution. They willfFoster strong partnership with IT to evaluate external providers for various solutions and should have the ability to think strategically to ensure that short term solution can also satisfy longer term requirements to minimize duplication of efforts and ensure smooth transition to the systems solution.
Sr Manager Process Global Sourcing Risk Management will lead/drive the development of capability to perform analytics that satisfies the various requirements to monitor/track/publish/predict risk register activities This role is accountable for developing the framework for the various business processes for achieving comprehensive risk management solution for suppliers including harmonized tools and risk/event monitoring capability. This position will lead development of effective standards, policies, guidelines, tools, metrics/dashboard, training, communications, and other materials necessary to enable successful execution of sourcing risk strategy and activities. They will lead programs to deploy various system based solutions to support the CoE. Ensure connection of the Risk CoE to the businesses impacted for all new / emerging regulatory requirements are assessed for risk compliance and partner with emerging issues committee to understand/mitigate potential risks to J&J. They are responsible for ensuring that optimal solutions are prioritized and implemented to achieve consistent mitigation strategies for supplier related risks. System solution requirements should include risk register and risk elevation protocols for management of risks across the regions & sectors. Develop and coordinate standards, guidelines, playbook, training and other support materials necessary to enable various systems and their usage. Drive necessary training programs. Sustain knowledge/awareness of industry standards, best practices, benchmark performers, and organizational centers of excellence.

Qualifications
A minimum of BA/BS degree from an accredited institution in an application field of study is required. Advanced degree MS/MBA preferred. A minimum of 7 years of Procurement/Business Focused/Supply Chain experience is required. Multi-regional/functional experience is required. Skilled in working with global stakeholders/leaders required. Proven self-starter with ability to forge global partnerships with functional groups to align on requirements and deliver creative solutions that maximize benefits for the various functions that have supplier touch points (Q&C, EH&S, HCC, etc.) required. Experience in leading large complex change management programs and mobilizing global teams is required. Proven ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables and present complex problems/solutions to senior leadership in a simplified manner is required. Strong working knowledge of how sourcing network interacts with the end-to-end supply chain inclusive of source planning, source management, Supplier Q&C and interaction with manufacturing (internal and external) is required. Green Belt or Black Belt certification and experience is highly desired. Good communication/negotiation and collaborative relationship skills to develop a trusting work environment, be able to work effectively with and inspire peers both internally and externally is required. Recognized leader, who is a dynamic, proactive and decisive person. Adapts well to and initiates change in the organization. Seek ways to optimize risks in the organization as a competitive business advantage is required.
This position can be based in an existing franchise campus or manufacturing location in the United States, Puerto Rico, North America, or EMEA region. The ability up to 25%25%20travel, including international travel is required.
