Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute project plans, and assign individual responsibilities. Coordinate across various Application areas to promote ideas and drive consensus. Provide solutions and resolve issues for managed projects. Ability to manage concurrent activities and issues are a must. Take a lead role to ensure successful execution of the detailed project work plan.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are essential.
Exercising judgment and influencing on key technical decisions (for example, standards and policies, technical solutions).
Continually improving work procedures and processes for scope managed. Bringing knowledge and expertise in IT processes and incorporates those ideas into IT.
Ability to provide executive level analysis/metrics and recommendations on project wellbeing
Strong problem and issue resolution skills
Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams a must
Ability to work independently as well as group settings globally and follow-up on issues until resolved
Ability to deliver on a tight time schedule and work well under pressure.
Manage and maintain meeting schedules, meeting minutes and action item lists. Ensure resolution to action items
Maintain the project repository of information.
Working knowledge of Infrastructure and Cloud St
Gathering and reporting on application data from the Configuration management database (CMDB) and Janssen Application Inventory (JAI).
Working with the Technical application owners to assess the application data, future plans, and target dispositions. Aiding Application Owners in the technical and business assessment of their application portfolio
Designing and developing metrics to report to Senior Management. The ability to slice and dice the data as required and develop dashboards/score cards for communicating the results to the Senior Management.
Flexibility and mastery to work with the data that is constantly evolving.
Analyzing the data and providing prioritization assistance to meet business needs.
Identifying deficiencies and developing action plans to address.
Act as a point of contact for the CMDB data entry, cleanup process. The day-to-day contact for all CMDB issues and questions.
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration; a technical degree; or related field.
PMI certification is a plus.
Certified in one of the Infrastructure technical disciplines is preferred
Experience in or the proven ability to adhere to a Pharmaceutical PMLC / SDLC methodology
Project certifications are a plus. (i.e; PMP, CPM, Project A+, Prince2, etc..)
Experience Requirements per Category: PM - Senior -8 years of Project Management Experience -5 years of specific technology experience
Development Tool(s) and Infrastructure Platform(s) -HP-UX and NT environment. DBA, Sharepoint, Advanced Excel + VB Scripting. Possess thorough understanding of general Infrastructure technologies (Oracle, NT, HP-Unix, AWS)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
