To lead engineering and provide third-tier support for globally scalable, robust, operationally sustainable, highly available Operations Management infrastructures and integration with existing change and configuration management systems. Candidate must have lead level subject matter expertise and related experience with operations, performance, and capacity management specifically related to products, such as System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) 2007/2012, HP Openview 9, SQL 2008/2012, WMI, Platform Software Development Kit (SDK), PowerShell, scripting (VB script, Java, or Perl). In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art performance and capacity management technologies are required in addition to functional knowledge of Active Directory, security concepts, networking troubleshooting techniques, and virtualization. Expertise must include all features and functions of listed products and technologies. A qualified candidate must have the skills associated with the management of all currently supported Windows client and server versions, as well as UNIX and SUSE/RedHat Linux. Experience designing highly available solutions and disaster recovery procedures is of advantage.
