Job Description:

CMMS Specialist
This role will provide day to day support of Computerized Maintenance Management System ( CMMS ) serving the Raritan CAR-T facility.


Key
Responsibilities:

Provides CMMS data and metrics to stakeholders on a routine basis to drive compliance and efficiencies within the maintenance department.
SME support for CAR-T facilities, maintenance operations and quality organizations.
Collaborate with various project teams to develop and implement a plan assuring the appropriate equipment and systems are accurately represented and scheduled in the CMMS to assure compliance and distributed workload.
Provide hands on training of the Maximo system to end users.
Inputs new equipment data into the CMMS and assure consistency and compliance of data in the system.
Supports development of CMMS reporting to align with business needs and critical metrics.
Reviews work orders for good documentation practices before closing of orders within the system.
Input job plans, PMs and data sheets.
Provide support placing POs and service orders for facilities and equipment service.
Manage POs and service order tacking, reconciliation, and the accrual process.
Partners with project and C and Q team to plan and implement plan to enter project related system and equipment into Maximo and ready for GMP use.
Qualifications
Education:
A minimum of a bachelor's and/or equivalent degree is required; focused degree in Engineering, preferred


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
