Adult Nurse Practitioner
Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! Full time/ Part time position open for NP in a skilled nursing facility in Raritan NJ.

No weekend, evenings or on call required!
Responsibilities:
Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists
Qualifications:
Previous RN experience - NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED! Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member Good critical thinking/ assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast paced environment Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computers Recommended Skills Critical Thinking Long Term Care Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
