The best candidate for the position must have exceptional customer service skills with a strong desire to provide a positive and warm experience to all patients.
We're looking to split the hours between 2 of our locations.
(Approximately 15 minutes apart) While we are looking for someone ready to go, we are willing to train the right person.
Experience with Excel and Other computer software.
Experience in the field, as well as the software Ortho Edge, is a plus! Hours:

00PM Responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients into our office and checking them in Collecting and processing patient payments during check-out Managing a productive daily schedule of appointments Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments Coordinating the new patient journey Assisting the team with paperwork and seating patients, as needed Desired skills include:
Previous dental/medical office experience, a plus Computer savviness Excellent interpersonal communication skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable Leadership Social media knowledge, a plus Job Type:
