PRODUCT ANALYST with OKTA -- Raritan, NJ (Onsite)
We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in requirements gathering, agile processes, and JIRA management.
The product analyst will be responsible for developing, refining, and prioritizing product requirements in collaboration with our Product Owner and driving consistencies across our product groups.
Responsibilities:
Create themes, epics, features and stories in JIRA Refine and size stories in Agile refinement and planning ceremonies Prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner Learn the Okta toolset to improve your ability to create strong user stories Build a relationship with the development squad and engineers to improve ways of working Establish ways of working for Definition and Definition of Done for all stories Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Business or Product Analyst Strong understanding of SCRUM principles and ceremonies Strong hands on experience building stories and backlogs in JIRA Experience running refinement and planning session with a scrum team Extensive use of Behavioral Driven Design to develop acceptance criteria in a Given, When, Then format Experience delivering and writing user stories in an agile format (As a, I want to, So that) Knowledge of software development best practices, such as version control, testing, and code reviews.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:
Located in central NJ and able to come to Raritan office 1-2 days per week Experience as a Scrum Master Experience with JIRA X-Ray or similar testing tool Experience implementing automated testing capabilities Experience with OKTA IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and API Access Management (AAM) Experience with serverless architecture, such as AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
