Description:
Full time 40 hour a week, Customer Service Representative in a Forensic Reference Laboratory in Raritan NJ. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM.
Serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquiries and problems. Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems in regards to specimen testing and results. Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties in conjunction with the job. Ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a clinical reference laboratory or hospital setting. Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong communication skills. Bi-lingual Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
